कथं प्रभवति |
How is he capable? |
If Shiva is united with Shakti, He becomes capable of action. If it is not so, He is not even capable of reacting to situations.
Therefore, how can a person who has not done any Punya (good deed) worship You, who is worshipped by Hari, Hara and Virincha, .
The shloka implies that Shiva being the Unmanifest remains inert without Shakti, which is the manifested energy. It also highlights that one must be accomplished with a lot of virtues to worship or praise the Goddess.
So, if you are exposed to this Shloka, can chant it and have been given the opportunity to chant everyday or regularly, humbly accept that the Compassionate Bhagavan has already started bestowing His grace upon you.
Regular chanting of this shloka is said to bestow the seeker all kinds of Prosperity.
